This Privacy Policy applies to your or Users on behalf of Event Creators (“User” or “You” or “Your”) access and use of Vande Mataram 150 (“We” or “Our” or “Platform” or Website”) and the features provided therein detailed under the Terms and Conditions.
When You use the Platform, Personal Data is collected from and about You. We are committed to protecting the security of Your Personal Data and safeguarding Your privacy. This privacy policy sets out the details of the Personal Data collected, the method of collection of such Personal Data, the responsible parties for such data collection, and the intended use for which data is collected.
Please read this Policy along with the Terms and Conditions carefully prior to using the Platform. The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions shall be read together, and any terms not covered in the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions.

- c. Data Processor: shall include any person or entity or third party partners as approved by the MoC who may process Your Personal Data on behalf of the Data Fiduciary.
- d. Data Principal: the individual to whom the Personal Data relates, including the Users using the Platform.
- e. Personal Data: Personal Data is any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
2. DATA COLLECTED
- a. When You use the Platform, the following Data is collected from You to enhance Your experience and Our features. This may include, but is not limited to:

- a. Mandatory Data: Name, Description, State, District, Venue of the event, Image
- b. Non-Mandatory Data: Video, YouTube link
- ii. Users:
- a. Mandatory Data: Name, State, Mobile No., Email ID
- b. Non-Mandatory Data: Video, YouTube link
- i. Event Creators:
- b. The Platform will require certain access permission for Your device for seamless experience, which includes:
- i. File Manager Access: To allow You to upload or download documents, images, or files.
- ii. Camera Access: To enable You to capture and upload videos.
- iii. Microphone Access: To enable You to seamlessly capture audio.
- iv. IP Address/logs Access: To locate the IP Address of the Users.
3. HOW WE USE COLLECTED DATA:
We are committed to safeguarding Your Personal Data and using it responsibly. The Personal Data we collect serves several important functions:
- a. Access to features: Your data enables us to provide the features in a streamlined and tailored manner.

All Personal Data collected will be retained in the encrypted form on the Application Server.

The Platform shall take all reasonable security safeguards to prevent the breach of any Personal Data. - b. As a Data Fiduciary, We take full responsibility for the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data handled by Our data processors. - b. Video-Related Privacy Concerns
- i. The Platform respects the privacy and rights of individuals depicted in images or videos shared/uploaded on it.
- ii. Users acknowledge and agree that by uploading or posting videos on the Platform, they may be disclosing Personal Data about themselves or others. Users must ensure that they possess the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to utilize and share any videos containing identifiable individuals.
- iii. The Platform prohibits the uploading or sharing of videos that violate the privacy, rights, intellectual property rights, or dignity of individuals, including but not limited to videos that depict:
- a. Individuals without their consent, particularly in private or sensitive situations.
- b. Private or confidential information, such as addresses, phone numbers, or personal identification details.
- c. Videos obtained unlawfully or through unauthorized access.
- iv. Users are solely responsible for the videos they upload or share on the Platform and must adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and community guidelines. The Platform reserves the right to remove or take appropriate action regarding any videos that contravene these Terms.
- c. We will comply with all applicable laws regarding data retention and deletion, including but not limited to Information Technology Act, 2000 and any/all relevant Rules notified thereunder.
7. THIRD PARTY API AND USER CONSENT
By using the Platform, You acknowledge and consent to the following:
- a. Third-Party APIs:
- i. These APIs may access Data related to Your profile, preferences, interactions, and other relevant details.
- ii. We ensure that these APIs adhere to industry standards and security protocols.
- b. User Consent:
- i. By accepting the Privacy Policy, You explicitly consent to the use of third-party APIs.
- ii. You understand that these APIs enhance Your experience.
- iii. It is Your responsibility to review and understand the Terms and Conditions of each third- party API.
- iv. The Platform is not liable for any actions, data breaches, or disputes arising from third- party API usage.
8. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
The Platform is committed to safeguarding the privacy and dignity of all Users and will undertake appropriate measures to address any privacy concerns in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable laws. User’s and Event Creator’s continued use of Our Platform after We publish or send a notice about Our changes to the Privacy Policy means that Users and Event Creators are consenting to the updated Privacy Policy as of their effective date.
10. INDEMNITY
Parties hereby agree to indemnify and to hold each other harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with access to or use of Our Platform, including data and content provided in connection therewith, breach of Our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions or applicable law; or any misrepresentation.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, including its formation, interpretation, performance, or breach, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.
The place and seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
This Privacy Policy is subject to and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with the competent Courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
